3. Performance Features & Benefits

  • Excellent oxidation stability — resists oil degradation and varnish formation at elevated compressor temperatures
  • Very low carbon residue (Conradson ≤ 0.05%) — minimises carbon deposit build-up on valves and discharge lines
  • Effective anti-wear protection — extends compressor component life under high-pressure conditions
  • Outstanding rust and corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Good water separation — prevents emulsification from condensate contamination
  • Low foam tendency and rapid air release — maintains consistent oil film and system pressure
  • Compatible with standard compressor seals (NBR, FKM)
  • Extended drain intervals vs. standard turbine oils — reduces maintenance frequency

4. Applications

  • Rotary screw air compressors (oil-flooded)
  • Reciprocating (piston) air compressors — cylinder and crankcase lubrication
  • Rotary vane air compressors
  • Industrial vacuum pumps (oil-sealed rotary vane and piston types)
  • Air tools and pneumatic equipment requiring compressor oil lubrication
  • General-purpose circulating oil systems in compressor stations

7. Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and ignition sources. Keep containers sealed. Shelf life: 36 months in original sealed container.

Avoid prolonged skin contact. Use nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Do not mix with synthetic compressor oils. Refer to SDS for full guidance.

8. Health, Safety & Environment

A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is available upon request and must be consulted before use. This product is not classified as hazardous under CLP/GHS regulations at normal operating conditions. Dispose of used oil in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not discharge to drains, water courses, or soil. Refer to SDS for full environmental and health precautions.
