3. Performance Features & Benefits

  • Very high viscosity index (VI ≥ 150) — minimal viscosity change across wide temperature range
  • Excellent cold-start performance — low pour point ensures reliable operation in cold climates
  • Zinc-based anti-wear (AW) package — protects pumps and valves under high-pressure conditions
  • Outstanding oxidation and thermal stability — extended drain intervals vs. standard HLP oils
  • Excellent rust and corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Low foam tendency and rapid air release — ensures precise hydraulic control
  • Good filterability and compatibility with fine filtration systems
  • Compatible with standard hydraulic seals (NBR, FKM, PTFE)

4. Applications

  • Mobile hydraulic systems (excavators, cranes, agricultural machinery)
  • Stationary hydraulic systems with wide ambient temperature variation
  • Outdoor equipment operating in cold climates (pour point ≤ −30°C)
  • Hydraulic systems requiring consistent viscosity across −20°C to +90°C
  • Servo-hydraulic and proportional valve systems requiring stable fluid viscosity

7. Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture ingress. Shelf life: 36 months in original sealed container.

Avoid prolonged skin contact. Use nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Do not mix with other hydraulic fluids or gear oils. Refer to SDS for full guidance.

8. Health, Safety & Environment

A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is available upon request and must be consulted before use. This product is not classified as hazardous under CLP/GHS regulations at normal operating conditions. Dispose of used oil in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not discharge to drains, water courses, or soil. Contains zinc compounds — refer to SDS for environmental precautions.
